- Primarily, Login to Exenta HRMS, enter the given Username and Password
- On the Home Screen, Click onto the Hiring Module at the top left corner.
- The new screen that appears will have the Hiring Process Menu on the right side of the screen and in the menu click onto Recruiter Page.
Note: The Recruiter Page is visible only for the assigned recruiter.
As the new screen appears, the page will list open the job details with the posted date and helps to view the list of te candidates shortlisted, based on evaluation and hiring decision made. The page displays interview scheduled for the present day and job summary.
i) Choose the company by the dropdown
ii) Search in with the job code or title
iii) As the list appears below click onto the process button on the right.
iv) As the process job request form pops in, enter the details in the required fields. Importantly, Enter the approved number of openings and approved salary per annum
- In Choose the hiring manager page, choose the person who will be coordinating the entire interview process
- Set up interview rounds and interviewers.
- Enter recruiter contact details, contact address, company website URL & Job Expiry date.
- Click on to the submit button in the information.
- Once the job is processed it will reflect under Recruiter page of the assigned recruiter. As shown in the below image.
