  1. Primarily, Login to Exenta HRMS using your Username and Password
  2. On the Home Screen of the admin, Click onto the Home Icon at the top right.
  3. On Clicking the Home Icon you will be taken to the Employee Self Service Area.
  4. Now, In the Employee Self Service area, Menus will appear on the Right side of the page.
  5. From the menu area, please click onto My Skill Matrix and the page appears.
  6. Take the section My Approval and if it has been approved by the approver the details would be shown in the page.
  1. Approve Skill Matrix
    The keyed in skills of an employee has to be approved by the concerned person or authorized person and hence it gets stored or processed that way.
    i)In this the respective person, the head or the reports to person of the employee shall study and observe the skills of his employee and compare it with the skills that has been  mentioned by the employee and decides whether to approve or not.
