The Organisation Set up in Exenta is typically the arrangement or the structure of the organization illustrated in a Tree Chart format.In a cell structure the whole structure and the branches of the organisation present can be illustrated this way.
Therefore organizational charts are critical to understanding an organisation’s structure and its leading or reporting branches.
To set up one,
- Primarily, Login to Exenta HRMS using your Username and Password
- On the Home Screen, Click onto the configuration Icon at the top right corner.
- On Clicking the Configuration Icon you will be taken to the Configuration Area
- Now, In the configuration area Menus will appear on the Right side of the page.
- From the menu area, please click onto General and the Configuration icons will load at once.
- Among the icons, click onto Organisation Set Up on the left.
- As the new screen appears fill in the necessary organisation details in the form given and hit save to complete the step.
