Regularization Settings are used to regularize an employee’s attendance at the end of a month preferably before the payroll runs. In-order to regularize, the admin should configure the attributes by which an employee can the n incorporate those on his/her attendance regularization.
- Primarily, Login to Exenta HRMS using your Username and Password
- On the Home Screen, Click onto the configuration Icon at the top right corner.
- On Clicking the Configuration Icon you will be taken to the Configuration Area
- Now, In the configuration area Menus will appear on the Right side of the page.
- From the menu area, please click onto Attendance Settings and the Configuration icons will load at once.
- Choose the company by the drop-down.
- Click on the Pencil icon under the Actions column.
- Choose and check mark the regularization items which are set as choices to an employee to regularise his/her attendance.
