Awards and recognition programs create a positive work environment, improve employee morale and motivate high performance. With Exenta, the Companies/Branch can strive to create a culture of appreciation and celebration through various setting up of awards and recognition components.

In Exenta, in the Performance Module, the awards can be set up after setting up the Nomination Form for the Award Components.

  1. Primarily, Login to Exenta HRMS, enter the given Username and Password
  2. On the Home Screen, Click onto the configuration Icon at the top right corner.
  3. On Clicking the Configuration Icon you will be taken to the Configuration Area
  4. Now, In the configuration area Menus will appear on the Right side of the page.
  5. From the menu area, please click onto Performance and the Configuration icons will load at once.
  6. Among the icons, click onto Award Settings on the left
  7. As the Award Settings Form appear It has four sections to be filled in and they are; i) Award Settings ii) Nomination iii) Panel Members iv) Final Approval

    Award Settings

    i) Type in an Award Name and give a brief description of the award in the space given
    ii) Determine the period or cycle of the award by the start and end date by the calendar given.
    iii) Determine the mode of the award for instance by trophy or certificate etc and  if by cash and then check mark cash below the box
    iv) Select the nomination form by the dropdown and determine if it is applicable to all employees or the Organisation profile

    Nomination
    i) Determine the Nominator of the Award Title and check mark the options given
    ii) Decide the number of Nominees to  be set for each Nominator

    Panel Members
    The day the Nomination Date ends, the Panel Members start to review the Nominees and the Awards.
    i) Determine the Starting date of the Panel Review
    ii) Determine the End Date which would be the starting date of the review
    iii) Set Rating by the Levels added.Click onto the plus sign under the actions to add more

    To set the Panel Members click onto Set Panel Members button on the left

    Final Approval
    i) Decide when the Review starts (practically the end date of the Panel Review)
    ii) Determine the End date of the Review which would be the starting date of Final Review Date.
    iii) Set Approver by clicking onto the hand sign and search and select the authority and hit submit button below
    iv) to set a template click onto Set Template button and as the screen appears, select the attributes by the dropdown and fill in the desired content in the blank template given.
    v) Click onto Save button below to complete the step.
