  1.  Primarily Login to Exenta HRMS, enter the given Username and Password
  2. On the Home Screen, Click onto the configuration Icon at the top right corner.
  3. On Clicking the Configuration Icon you will be taken to the Configuration Area
  4. Now, In the configuration area Menus will appear on the Right side of the page.
  5. From the menu area, please click onto Attendance Settings  and the Configuration icons will load at once.
  6. Among the icons, click onto Week Off on the left.
  7. Choose the company by the dropdown
  8. Click onto Week Off Calendar Button on the left.
  9. Fill in the Calendar Name with appropriate terms
  10. Determine the Week Off Manager  by the dropdown
  11. Description if any could be filled in the blank template given
  12. Click onto Save button and Saved Successfully notification appears.
  13. To an already saved ones, there are options to view, set, edit and remove in the list that appears below.
  14. To set more week offs to an already saved file, click onto the hand sign and check mark the preferable days to be configured as week off.
